Camden Crawl 2009 – review [the Sun]

With 3000 packing into the Roundhouse for the main event of the two-day festival, Kasabian’s crowd was 10 times bigger than most of the other bands.

Yet Tom, Serge and co have the knack to make even big gigs seem small and intimate – making them the perfect choice to close proceedings.

Every hand was in the air and no two feet were ever on the ground, as the Leicester rockers mixed classics L.S.F., Shoot The Runner and Vlad The Impaler with outstanding new tracks including Fire.

Sadly, the nature of the event, meant the gig finished after an hour – the crowd booing when the lights came on.

It was a concert, and a Crawl, that no one wanted to end.
