Full Glastonbury Festival line up revealed: Golden oldies Status Quo and Tom Jones to play main stage
The full line up for this year’s Glastonbury Festival was announced today, with a host of veteran acts including Status Quo topping the bill.
In a marked contrast to last years event which saw the likes of Jay-Z and Arctic Monkeys headline, this year’s bill is dominated by older artists.As previously confirmed, Bruce Springsteen, Neil Young and the reformed Blur take the prestigious headline slots on the Pyramid stage.
Other old timers set to play the main stage include Tom Jones, Tony Christie, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Madness and The Specials.
Fresher-faced acts also confirmed for the three day festival which takes next month include Lily Allen, Fleet Foxes and Kasabian.
